Ren Yuqi
He currently serves as the Chairman of Jinqiao Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Hunan Software Vocational Institute. He is a senior engineer, and a deputy to the 10th and 11th National People’s Congress. During his tenure as a deputy to the National People’s Congress, he is actively involved in the administration and discussion of state affairs and people’s livelihood and provision of suggestions. He is praised by the general public as “deputy with iron shoulder”, “representative of Three Rural Issues” and “spokesperson of the public”. He was selected as one of the persons involved in the personal experience of 60-year period event in the special issue on 60 momentous events at the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China sponsored by the People’s Daily.
Liu Zhaohui
She currently serves as the Vice Chairman and President of Jinqiao Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and the Executive Director of Hunan Software Vocational Institute. With a bachelor’s degree, he previously worked at Xiangtan Intermediate People’s Court, Hunan Provincial Higher People’s Court, and so on. She was seconded to the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China during his tenure at the Hunan Provincial Higher People’s Court.
Tan Changfu
He currently serves as a member of the board of directors, and chairman of the board of supervisors of Jinqiao Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and President of Hunan Software Vocational Institute. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, professor, master tutor, and well-known expert in Hunan culture research. He previously served as the Vice President of Hunan University of Science and Technology and the Vice Chairman of the Hunan Provincial University Logistics Management Research Association. He has published over 40 papers in national and provincial core newspapers and magazines and obtained one national patent.
Jia Ding
Jia Ding currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Jinqiao Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Vice President of the Group and President in charge of South China Region, Director of the Group’s Management Committee, and has a bachelor’s degree, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Jia Ding is a national registered real estate appraiser, and concurrently serves as the Deputy Secretary General of Architecture and Culture Society of China and the China Environment Art Committee. Jia Ding over than 20 years’ working experience in the real estate industry, and has successively served at government management and consulting organizations, and development companies and so on.
Liu Zhi
He is currently a member of the board of directors of Jinqiao Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Vice President of the Group and Director of the Internal Control Committee. With a master’s degree, he is a class-A registered structural architect, and a member of the Communist Party of China. He worked at the Structure Department of China Academy of Building Research and Xiangtan City Quality Supervision Station.
Dang Sheng
He currently serves as the Vice President of Jinqiao Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and President in charge of North China Region. With a master’s degree in business administration, he is a senior engineer, and has class-A construction project manager qualifications and many years’ experience in real estate development and management.
Su Jihai
He currently serves as the Vice President of Jinqiao Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and Deputy Director of the Internal Control Committee. With a master’s degree in economics, he worked in human resources management, planning operations, residential development, commercial operations, etc., and has many years’ experience in real estate development and management.
Xu Hongxi
He is currently the Assistant to President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Jinqiao Investment Holding Co., Ltd. With a bachelor’s degree, he is a member of the Communist Party of China, and a financial economist. With many years’ experience in financial industry and banking system management, he is fully responsible for the Group’s fund management.
